The African/Tunisian man is a character in "Confirmed Dead" portrayed by Kanayo Chiemelu.
He worked at the archaeological dig which Charlotte tried to gain access to. He told her the site was closed, but allowed her entry after she bribed him. He seemed nervous that she was there, especially when she began excavating around the remains of a polar bear. He spoke to Charlotte in French rather than Arabic, Tunisia being a former French protectorate.
