Background cast/tailies

Below are some of the background actors who play the minor or nonspeaking survivors of the tail section. Two of the tailie background subsequently have become background for the Others (see #8 and #9 in the table for the Others background, below). These two converts are in addition to the three named Tailie roles of Cindy, Zack, and Emma, who also later appear as Others. Otherwise the tailie background roles have not recurred on the island, and have appeared only in the episode "The Other 48 Days", although some tailies appeared in the Sydney Airport background of the episode "?", and possibly "Two for the Road".
