Smoke or black smoke may refer to:
- The Monster, a creature which has sometimes appeared as wisps, billows, or clouds of black smoke
- A pillar of smoke, spotted on the far side of the island just before Rousseau kidnapped Claire's son Aaron and Walt was taken by the Others in "Exodus, Part 2"; Rousseau claimed a similar pillar of smoke appeared before her child Alex was abducted by the Others (this pillar may in fact have been the Monster, however)
- Sayid used black smoke to signal he had arrived at the decoy village in "Live Together, Die Alone".
- Smoking cigarettes
