Brenda Ching is the executive director of the Hawaii branch of the Screen Actors Guild, and therefore Lost's Grass Skirt Productions' activities are under her jurisdiction. Ching was the initial moving force behind organizing the "new technology" SAG mobisode agreement, stemming from her discovery of the details of Lost's mobisode production as reported by a local SAG member.
