He's a Liar

  • The doctor made an incorrect diagnosis about Jin, because the couple does become pregnant on the island.
  • The doctor lied twice, neither Jin nor Sun were ever infertile, but the remarkably well-informed DHARMA recruiters needed them to continue having marital problems so they'd get on the plane to America.
  • The doctor is somehow connected with Juliet, who like him is a fertility doctor, for example via a connection between the Hanso Foundation and Paik Heavy Industries.
