This is a list of all the graves which we have been shown on the island
(Boone Hill)

| Scott Jackson | "Pilot, Part 1" | "Homecoming" | "Homecoming" | Killed by an Other, possibly Ethan as a threat for getting Claire back. Buried first in a location which soon became the Graveyard for most of the deceased characters. | ||||||||
| Boone Carlyle | "Pilot, Part 1" | "Do No Harm" | "The Greater Good" | Was deadly wounded in the Beechcraft's crash. Jack and Sun tried to save him but he refused to have his leg amputated, and died because of the injuries and the severe bleeding on his leg. His death was, according to many, Locke's fault, so many were shocked to see him at the funeral. | ||||||||
| Shannon Rutherford | "Pilot, Part 1" | "Abandoned" | "What Kate Did" | Being mistaken for an Other, Shannon is killed by Ana Lucia. Later while everyone, including the newcomers atteded the funeral, with the exception of Ana Lucia, Sayid expressed his love towards her. | ||||||||
| Ana Lucia Cortez | "Exodus, Part 1" | "Two for the Road" | "Three Minutes" | Killed by Michael at the Swan, as a part of his plan to release Ben and get off the Island with his son. She and Libby were buried in "Three Minutes", but their funeral is iterrupted by Desmond, who came with his sailboat. | ||||||||
| Elizabeth "Libby" | "Adrift" | "?" | "Three Minutes" | Killed by Michael at the Swan, right after he killed Ana Lucia. Jack tryed to save her, but failed due to severe bleeding. Her and Ana Lucias' funeral was interrupted by Desmond, who came by his sailboat, which ,ironicly, was given to him by Libby. | ||||||||
| Nikki Fernandez | "Further Instructions" | "Exposé" | "Exposé" | Bitten by the Monster, in the form of a Medusa spider, after a group of males came followinf the pheromones released by the female spider who bite Paulo. She got paralyzed and tryed to say so to Sawyer and Hurley. She and Paulo were buried alive, being persumed deceased. | ||||||||
| Paulo | "Further Instructions" | "Exposé" | "Exposé" | Nikki released the female Medusa spider and paralyzed Paulo, trying to find the diamonds. After Nikki was bitten by the Monster, the both of them were found by Sawyer, Hurley, Sun and Charlie. He and Nikki were buried alive, after being persumed deceased. | ||||||||
The survivors of Oceanic flight 815 have started a graveyard near their beachfront camp. The first person to be buried there was Scott Jackson, who had been killed by Ethan. It became a common burial spot with Boone's death and burial there, and eventually expanded into a graveyard, with several other survivors being buried there as well. It is set apart by logs that form a fenceline around the plots, and contains the graves of several characters who survived the plane crash but later perished. Their resting places are marked by crosses created from sticks.
Eko's grave

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Picture | Name | First Seen | Died in | Buried in | Death information | |||||||
| Eko Tunde | "Adrift" | "The Cost of Living" | "I Do" | Beaten to death by the monster. Burried close to where he died. | ||||||||
Locke made a conscious decision not to bury Eko at the graveyard with the others because the other survivors have attended "too many funerals lately." Ironically, Nikki and Paulo were then scandalously "killed" in camp.
Mass Grave
The Mass grave is an open pit into which the bodies of the DHARMA Initiative staff were dumped after being killed during the Purge.

Tailies Grave
|
| ||||||||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Picture | Name | First Seen | Died in | Buried in | Death information | |||||||
| Unnamed | N/A | N/A | N/A | Succumbed to injuries sometime before day 5. | ||||||||
| Unnamed | N/A | N/A | N/A | Succumbed to injuries sometime before day 5. | ||||||||
| Unnamed | "The Other 48 Days" | "The Other 48 Days" | "The Other 48 Days" | Succumbed to injuries sometime before day 5. | ||||||||
| Donald | "The Other 48 Days" | "The Other 48 Days" | "The Other 48 Days" | Died due to an infection of a broken leg on day 5 | ||||||||
The tailies, like Donald, who died on the other side of the Island are buried on the beach where they first landed. In total, there are nine graves. We are told four tailies died of infections, so two of the graves may be the Others that Mr. Eko killed. The remaining graves are presumably for bodies that were recovered after the crash, such as the man in the seat next to Bernard.
Edward Mars

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Picture | Name | First Seen | Died in | Buried in | Death information | |||||||

Kate's Marshal Edward Mars is buried in a clearing in the jungle.

Henry Gale
|
| ||||||||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Picture | Name | First Seen | Died in | Buried in | Death information | |||||||
| Henry Gale | "Lockdown" | N/A | N/A | Unknown | ||||||||
The original Henry Gale is buried in the jungle, in a grave much like those of the Lostaways, near where his balloon crashed.
Danielle and Karl
|
| ||||||||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Picture | Name | First Seen | Died in | Buried in | Death information | |||||||
| Karl | "A Tale of Two Cities" | "Meet Kevin Johnson" | N/A | Karl was shot and killed by the mercenary team from the Kahana en route to The Temple. Danielle was also shot and killed, but Alex was taken captive and killed later. | ||||||||
| Danielle Rousseau | "Solitary" | "Meet Kevin Johnson" | N/A | Danielle was shot and killed by the mercenary team from the Kahana en route to The Temple. Karl was also shot and killed, but Alex was taken captive and killed later. | ||||||||
While traveling to The Temple to keep safe from the freighter people, Danielle, Alex, and Karl were ambushed by the mercenary team from the freighter. A sniper shot Karl's water bottle, then shot Karl a moment later. Danielle and Alex attempted to flee, but Danielle was shot in the abdomen. Alex survived the incident because she screamed out that she was Ben's daughter. The mercenaries then kidnapped her, and later killed her at the Barracks. The mercenaries dug shallow graves for Danielle and Karl, which were stumbled upon by Miles, Sawyer, and Claire.
Other types of body disposal
- The bodies of the passengers who died in the initial crash were thought to have been burned in the fuselage and not buried, though the diary says otherwise.
- Colleen Pickett was given a ritual very similar to a Viking funeral, in which her body was placed on a small raft which was set on fire before being pushed out to sea. It can be inferred that this is the normal method by which The Others dispose of their dead.
Unburied Characters
- Two victims of the crash of Flight 815 lie at the bottom of a pool beneath a waterfall, still strapped into their seats.
- Gary Troup was blown up when he was sucked into a still-running jet engine only minutes after the crash.
- Joanna drowned in the ocean offshore from the survivors' camp. Her body was lost at sea.
- The Other Goodwin lies where he fell dead at the hand of Ana Lucia Cortez.
- Leslie Arzt was blown up by dynamite outside the wreck of the Black Rock.
- Bonnie and Greta's bodies lie inside the Looking Glass, covered with blankets.
- Mikhail's body was lost at sea after he died in the ocean outside the Looking Glass.
- Charlie Pace drowned in the Looking Glass, with the door sealed from the inside.
- Doug, Jerome, and an unnamed blonde woman were killed by the mercenaries and their fellow survivors did not have time to bury their bodies, which are currently laying outside in the barracks.
- Kocol, Lacour, Redfern, and Omar were all killed by the others and their bodies were left in the jungle.
- Keamy's body remains in the Orchid where he was killed by Ben.
- Jin, Michael, and three unnamed survivors, plus Hendricks, Jeff, and the remaining Kahana crew were all on the Kahana when it exploded. Their bodies (if any) were presumably washed out to sea.
- Naomi, Minkowski, Mayhew, and Captain Gault's bodies (and possibly Brandon's) were on the Kahana when it exploded. Their bodies are presumed to have been washed out to sea, if not destroyed.
Unknown
- It is not known if anything was done with Adam and Eve after the Losties discovered them.
- Nathan, from the tail-section is buried at an unknown location, if buried at all.
- The location of Radzinsky's burial is unknown, but presumably it was close to the Swan.
- It is unknown where Kelvin is buried, if at all.
- It is not known if Roger was buried after the Dharma Van was repaired.
- Tom, Jason, Ryan, Luke, Matthew, Diane, Ivan, and three unnamed Others were killed by the survivors. Juliet was digging Tom's grave in the middle of the survivors camp, but was interuppted by Desmond arriving from The Looking Glass. It is unknown if they continued to bury the bodies in the middle of the camp or buried their bodies next to Ethan's
- It is unknown what Ben did with Alex's body after her death.
- It is unknown what happened to Ray's body after it washed up on shore.
Trivia
- It was alluded to on the blast door map that Magnus Hanso is buried near/underneath the Black Rock.
