The "Pink Bunny" drives a space ship with no visible rocket boosters; only two exhaust pipes. "There is a pink bunny in a space ship controlling everyone and everything on the island. He's not happy."¹ It should be noted that on the side of the space ship there is not only the DHARMA Initiative logo, but The Numbers as well. From countless documents detailing on the matter, we can assume that he uses the left lever in his control room to make sure that Jack's face never grows a full beard, and the right lever to toggle a mysterious happening.

However the biggest mysteries of all are the two lights on the front of his ship, one red, and one green. Some say it's a stop light, and the yellow light in the middle was lost on The Island. The non-believers suggest that it was drawn in Microsoft Paint, however the incredible detail in the face of the rabbit proves that comment false.
